Filing for one Supervisor for a 3 year term, and one Clerk for a 2 year term will begin on December 30, 2025 and continue until 5pm on January 13th 2026. Click here for a PDF copy of the the official notice.
New Clerk Wanted
After many years of dedicated service to our township, Echo Dockter will be retiring in March of 2026, which means our township will need a new Clerk.
This is an elected, paid, part-time position requiring about 2 hours per week, although this can increase significantly, especially during elections.
Duties include preparing meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, administering elections, maintaining township records, and other tasks as needed. Computer knowledge is necessary, including word processing, email, and digital file storage.

2026 Meetings
Township meetings are held at the Dent Community Center *usually on the third Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. All meetings are open to the public. To submit an agenda item, please contact the Clerk at least one week prior to the meeting.
